SteeleTech LLC is seeking several experienced Knowledge Managers to support DIA and advise senior leadership and management personnel on a wide range of complex administrative operational functions.

Key Responsibilities:
-- Develop practical and intelligent tools and programs (via databases and shared environments) to provide leadership, decision makers, and customers information in real time. Provide guidance on strategic direction to ensure operational effectiveness, proficiency and alignment to internal controls. Provide data, metrics, and input on respective project performance across the division.
-- Efficiently manage day-to-day operational and management procedures.
-- Demonstrate proficiency in administrative and logistical support in an interagency environment.
-- Capable of independently performing a variety of executive support and personnel programs as needed to ensure the completion of tasking requirements.
-- Coordinate, monitor, and evaluate activities concerning administrative issues. • Examine administrative operations and actions to identify and record best practices, inefficient practices, and recommend improvements.
-- Possess strong written and oral communication skills to compose and deliver responses to complex questions in a clear, concise, and organized manner.
-- Knowledge to execute a comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Office applications and programs as needed for correspondences and presentations. • Ability to interface with different personalities in a range of positions, including many at very senior levels within multiple agencies. Skills & Experience
-- Bachelor’s and 5+ years of experience desired. Additional experience may substitute for the lack of a degree. • Prior Administrative Assistant / Staff Officer experience.
-- Project Coordination experience desired.
-- Experience supporting DoD and/or IC.
Required: Must have an active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph, 5-8 years of experience or Associate's degree with at least 5 years of experience.
